In 2004 we purchased the property which was a duplex at the time. The home had "great bones" but really needed vision to see what the potential could be. The upstairs had been divided into an apartment and the downstairs was another apartment. The electric wiring was really scary and the plumbing so old that the sewer line was made out of clay! Wow.
So Harry and I got to work and did what we love to do--renovate and restore historic homes. We did a complete renovation, electric, plumbing, AC, roof, foundation piers, kitchen, baths, pool, jacuzzi, floors, walls, insulation, landscaping ,brick pavers, parking...you name it, we did it
